All collectors subscribing to our New Issue Service - whether on an ad hoc basis or for every issue - will receive the material probably about two to three weeks after the issue date. The reason for this is that sometimes the Special Handstamp Centres fall behind, make errors, etc and we always like to receive all covers back for sorting to ensure that only the best go out. In addition to the FDC specified, customers will receive in their package:

an information sheet, giving plenty of background information about the stamp issue
an illustrated Newsletter giving additional information connected to the stamp issue, as well as some idea of future issues
flyers which show forthcoming issues to give you the choice of whether you buy or not
